Are you feeling disconnected from yourself or struggling to navigate life's challenges? I am here to help you find balance, peace, and deeper understanding through a holistic approach to therapy.

By focusing on the connection between mind, body, and soul, we can explore the root causes of your struggles and unlock your innate capacity for healing. Together, we'll work with compassion, curiosity, and care, helping you uncover the patterns that may hold you back and create lasting change.

Whether you're seeking support for trauma, anxiety, or emotional pain, I offer personalized therapy that respects your unique experience. I provide telehealth services to clients across Colorado, and in-person sessions are available for those on the Western Slope.

I currently see clients for therapy in Colorado on a private pay basis and charge $120 per 55-minute session. I can work on a sliding scale in some instances. I can provide superbills for insurance reimbursement if your individual insurance plan allows for it.

Outside of the state of Colorado, I cannot provide therapy; however, if you would like to work together, coaching may be a great option for you. Please reach out if you have questions surrounding this.

Are you seeking a deeper understanding of your nervous system and tools for emotional regulation as part of your healing journey?
This therapist-led class offers an accessible introduction to Polyvagal Theory, helping participants explore how the body’s survival responses shape thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The purpose of the group is to understand and explore individual nervous systems from the safety of one’s private space via telehealth. Participants can join from any electronic device located in Colorado, and all practices are done seated and are offered with modifications in mind to help foster accessibility across a range of bodies and abilities. Participants are encouraged to engage in ways that feel safe and supportive for their individual needs. Add insurance or cost information here

Through applied practice, Ashley guides participants in using experiential tools, guided exercises, and real-time nervous system mapping to build self-awareness, increase resilience, and support nervous system flexibility. This is a psychoeducational educational group with minimal interaction outside of optional check-ins, allowing participants to focus on internal experience and practice at their own pace.
